Conference Facilities


Conference organisers can choose from a selection of seven designated conference rooms with the option of using a further five hotel accommodation rooms which can be converted when required.

The Endeavour Business Suite offers an attractive, well resourced and presented boardroom for meetings of up to 14 people.

Up to 250 conference guests can be seated theatre-style in the Head of the Avon and 150 can be seated in classroom-style. All rooms feature an abundance of natural light and are furnished in soft neutral tones.

The hotel offers guests plenty of complimentary parking.

All of your audiovisual requirements can easily be arranged by the Commodore's experienced team.

Conference organisers have an interesting range of menus to choose from including:
  • light working lunches
  • finger food
  • a la carte options
  • set menus and buffets
We can also create themed functions and gala dinners to close your conference on a high note.
